Aurora Gurdian de Lacayo
With a long and distinguished career in Real Estate which began in 1974 with Grupo Sovipe, the largest developer at that time, Aurora was the number one salesperson of the project Altos de Santo Domingo.  During her time living abroad in the United States she was an associate of Coldwell Banker out of Miami. During this time she was a member of both the “Multi Million Dollar Club” & “Presidents Club”.  Years later she returned to Nicaragua where she founded Aurora Realty creating the most dynamic office in the Managua real estate sector serving both national and international clients.

Maria Teresa Robleto Gutierrez
With an undergraduate degree in business administration, Maria Teresa begins her real estate career while working for Sooner Developers as a coordinator of sales.  She specializes in the sale of urban developments, single-family homes, lots and industrial space. Her positive and professional attitude has permitted her to develop an ample portfolio of clients.  She is also a founder of Aurora Realty.

Claudia Lacayo Hurtado
Claudia begins her experience in Real Estate in 2000 and has contributed greatly to the companies client portfolio by adding clients who have repeatedly returned seeking her soft and kind brokering style. 

Julio Cesar Lacayo Gurdian
Graduating from the University of Michigan, his experience as a teacher has helped cultivate an honest and patient attitude paired with a dynamic and energetic spirit characterized by efficiency.  Initiating in Real Estate in 2002, Julio founded Aurora Beachfront Realty and Aurora Colonial Realty. 

Jennifer Corea Orozco
With dual degrees in business administration and bilingual executive sciences, Jennifer is fluent in English and Portuguese and has basic understanding in Italian as well as Farsi.  She starts her career in Hotel Intercontinental Managua working in customer service and then later transfers to Manager of entertainment at one of the Rosewood Hotel chains in the British Virging Islands. In 2004 she begins her career in Real Estate working for Santa Monica Condominiums and then begins working for Aurora Realty.

Juan Carlos Sequira
An up and coming architect with 3 years of experience in the Real Estate field, Juan Carlos has been a dedicated broker to all his clients.  Combining his background and his creativity are best assets allowing him to improve his service and understand best his client’s needs.

Carmen Rodriguez de Lacayo
With a vast Customer Service career for over 20 years, Carmen started working from the age of 16 in Miami, Florida where she had jobs in two jewelry shops and for 4 years managed a Brazilian import/export company. She attended Miami Dade Community College and in 1991 she moved back to Nicaragua. Carmen spent 14 years working with American Airlines in several customer service and supervising positions. She joined Aurora Nicaragua Realty in 2008. She speaks fluent English and basic understanding in Portuguese.
